Billing.

What does a credit buy?

One session of a round costs a fixed number of credits, shown in the table above. Generating your interview plan from a job posting is free. Feedback is included with every session.

Does retrying a round cost credits?

Yes. Each attempt is a fresh session with a new interviewer run and new feedback, so it costs the round’s credits again.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits from packs, monthly plans, and sign-up stay in your balance for as long as you have an account, including after you cancel a plan. Take a break after your search and pick up where you left off next time.

Does difficulty change the price?

No. Easy, Medium, and Hard cost the same, so pick the level that helps you most, not the cheapest one.

What if a session fails on your side?

If a session breaks because of a problem on our end, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Cancel a plan anytime from your account; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and your credits stay in your balance. Purchases are final because credits never expire, but we refund unused paid credits if the fault is ours. The details are in the refund policy.

Who handles payments?

Dodo Payments is our merchant of record. They process the payment, calculate tax for your country at checkout, and issue your invoice. Prices are in USD.
